This is a newly created greenfields role, and as the Business Intelligence Manager you’ll be building a new BI Analytics stream within the global analytics function. You’ll build out a team of high quality, proactive BI Analysts, and create an output-focused team with a “get-stuff-done” mentality.
The BI Analytics team that you will build out, works right across the company with growth, product, content and leadership teams. You’ll lead your team by example with your inquisitive nature, and ability to proactively translate large amounts of data into actionable insights, again and again. You’ll need to have the technical acumen to wrangle, analyse and visualise data, as well as the strong communication skills to convey your insights, and the business acumen to know what matters most.
