Atlassian is looking for an experienced Talent Brand Marketing Manager who is passionate about teamwork, innovation, and all things marketing – from producing insights driven strategies, right through to executing impactful initiatives. We’re redefining our proposition, rejigging content to capture different working environments, dabbling with new formats to cut-through the competitive noise, driving scalable outputs to meet the growth of our teams, and scoping data-led campaigns for new and emerging markets.

Working as part of the Talent Acquisition team, your focus branches across the creation of content-led campaigns, event-based activations, growing our digital presence, and developing global strategies which can be adjusted to local needs. Additionally, you’ll activate Atlassians to be ambassadors for our talent brand.

Our culture and talent brand are two of our prized possessions. As we amplify our brand presence and expand into new markets, we’ll need someone who can craft and deliver those stories in a way that resonates with local talent.

You'll have the resources to activate solutions, with full ownership over how that comes to life. Of course, the creative bit is only half the fun–well, maybe it's 70% of the fun. Our ideal teammate would also be able to measure the effectiveness of their efforts and continually optimise based on findings.

On your first day, we’ll expect you to have:

  • 6+ years of talent marketing or branding experience, preferably in technology
  • Previous experience developing talent brand strategies, with a company continuing to grow at hyper-pace, hiring skilled talent from a competitive pool
  • A passion for creativity and storytelling
  • An eye-for-detail having partnered with Creative teams across copywriting, design, and ideally photoshoots, video-production and experimental digital formats
  • Experience leading event activations - virtually ideally
  • A consistent track record in communicating to internal and external audiences as well as excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
  • Impeccable organisation, and proud to openly-share your work with global teammates to leverage
  • A strong grasp on digital advertising and measuring success of campaigns
  • An outstanding ability to think strategically and get things done (sometimes within the same day) often baffles those around you
  • Comfort in handling large numbers of contending priorities and changing directions quickly
