The Role

Lendi Group is on the lookout for a Manager of Broker Remuneration to join our finance team, managing a team of six other commission specialists and delivering high quality support to our managers and broker network.

You will be responsible for the management of the broker remuneration of the wider Lendi Group, who manage the Aussie Home Loans, Lendi and Domain Home Loans brands.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing, developing & coaching team members
  • Managing the commission processes, ensuring timely & accurate delivery of payments
  • Workflow and resource planning, including organisation of core support activities
  • Reviewing processes with a focus on mitigating risk & meeting obligations
  • Training & communicating with brokers and franchises on commission structures
  • Liaising with lenders to keep up to date on lender commission policy changes
  • Maintaining reporting & KPIs as required
  • Managing key vendor relationships, including liaising with lenders
  • Supporting the implementation of systems upgrades & process improvements.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven leadership record managing financial operational processes & developing other team members within the financial services sector
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to manage to deadlines
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail & a high level of accuracy
  • A willingness to challenge existing process and build new workflows and process controls
  • A highly organised & self-motivated approach, with a keen desire to go above & beyond.
