The Company:

Sensational Global Conference and Exhibition agency with amazing reach into the market and a brilliantly communicative working environment. This organisation has a great focus on creating great events and a fabulous team environment. We have recently placed another Marketing Manager on contract with this team and their role has been extended and this is a new position due to the amount of work the team has on. 
The Role:

The Senior Marketing Manager contract role reports into the Marketing Director and will be responsible for managing the marketing components of a portfolio of exhibitions and conferences. This role is a contract as they have a lot of global events and need more help during this time period. Person needs to be able to work with staff in London and Dubai and so time of working hours may differ. 

Key responsibilities will include;
  • Managing all aspects of print and online media for the exhibition and conferences 
  • Handling the social media accounts for the exhibitions and conferences
  • Developing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Database management and list selection
  • Oversee brochure, flyer, website design, print ads
  • PR and press releases
  • Book ads in publications/newspapers
  • Managing B2C and B2B advertising 
  • Managing the websites for the exhibitions and conferences 
The Candidate: 

With a passion for marketing and social media, the candidate will want to develop their skills in marketing for exhibitions and conferences and come and join a great team for this contract period. 
  • Experience in marketing within exhibition and conference events 
  • Social media experience 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of print and online media
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in developing and managing professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment 
  • Experience in graphic design preferred but not essential 
  • Disciplined time management and project management skills are essential
  • Outstanding copy writing ability
