As the Head of Product for our Collaboration Essentials, you will lead our newly created Collaboration Essentials department that has been created to accelerate the development of products. This is the first stop shop for Internal and later, External makers and includes in-product collaboration features like Collab editing, Reactions, and Commenting. The focus is on getting the single product up and running. Using your deep understanding of Atlassian’s diverse customers, product portfolio, and business opportunities, you will build the foundation that powers all of our cloud products.
Heading the product team for Collaboration Essentials at Atlassian, you will lead a passionate team of world-class managers in planning, driving and executing on shared experiences across all new and existing Atlassian products. You will inspire and energize teams across Atlassian to define the vision, evaluate market opportunities, analyze industry trends as well as customer needs, and prioritize features and improvements. You will partner with engineering and design to form a triad to encourage and lead your team to success.
You will deliver highly strategic and distinctive experiences to customers and set the example for all product managers at Atlassian. Your work will impact millions of users and thousands of companies for decades to come. How cool is that?
