Project admin - renewable energy - work from home - ongoing contract

Your new company
A leading player in the renewable energy sector my client is looking for a Project Administrator to support a wind project due to upcoming maternity leave.

Your new role
This role specifically provides Administration support to the project. The candidate will build strong liaison with the site team, suppliers, financial and payment team.
Essential responsibilities:
Day to day responsibilities include:
• Creating and processing purchase orders
• Receipting and processing invoices for timely payment
• Onboarding suppliers
• Submitting expenses
• All admin tasks that support the project

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will come with a can-do attitude, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, have great attention to detail and will know how to manage and prioritise multiple escalated tasks. The candidate will also have top communication skills and be able to confidently build relationships with site and external teams.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Project Administration.
