The opportunity

The role of the Remote Account Manager is to handle a portfolio of customers, focussing on growth. You will have virtual appointments with your customers via Microsoft teams and present them with their market and industry insights. This will form the basis of your conversation.

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to current Thryv customers to grow and maintain current customer product offerings.
  • Ensure acceptable workflow, close rates and complete sales campaigns on time
  • Acquire and develop new business opportunities - both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Make outbound calls to generate new business by following up on targeted leads.
  • Attend and participate in any workshop / training / strategy session / coaching as directed by your manager
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the digital media landscape/market

About you:

  • Proven experience in achievement of sales targets
