Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team of Change & Comms Specialists across a global procurement program across 5 streams. This is an initial 9 month contract assignment and is open to remote candidates across all states.

The Change & Communication Specialist will support the Procurement transformation program with change, training, communication and culture initiatives. We have recently undertaken a comprehensive review of our procurement capability and are about to embark on an exciting transformation program which has the sponsorship of the Executive Steering Committee. We are looking for a Change & Communication Specialist to join us on this journey.

The 'must have' knowledge, skill and experience the role requires are:

  • Experience with transformation, communication and change management
  • Experience applying the agreed Change Management Frameworks (including practices and templates) to implement, transition, and sustain the change
  • Proficiency in using tools to manage projects effectively - whether it's Excel, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint or something else!
  • Competent communication, facilitation, interpersonal skills including a good level of influencing ability
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and to quickly instil trust and confidence
  • A flexible, reflective and adaptable working style (able to work in ambiguous, fast paced and cross-functional team environments)
  • Are team-oriented, and actively foster an inclusive, collaborative work environment
