We’re looking for someone to lead our Trade, Commercial and Partnerships Sales Channel that will have a focus on providing custom-designed turn-key furniture packages to those in the property industry.

Leveraging your existing personal and professional contacts in the residential builder/developer, real estate, property management, architect & interior design industries, as well as daily prospecting of new contacts, you’ll secure partnerships and relationships to help win exciting large-volume deals.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role offers an excellent high growth opportunity for the right candidate to spearhead the strategy for the growth of the function whilst leading and growing their own team.

As the National Trade, Commercial and Partnerships Manager at Brosa, you’ll get to:

  • Building and driving the strategy for the TCP Channel
  • Prospecting for contacts/leads and projects in the home industry and grow new business opportunities
  • Cold calling, finding networking and event opportunities to develop new relationships in the industry
  • Keeps in regular contact with major partners and nurtures relationships to ensure Brosa is in the mix for new opportunities
  • Lead a team of high performing design experts and support their growth and development to ensure MoM growth in sales performance
  • Accountable for Channel sales and revenue targets and KPI's
  • Uses Pipedrive to create and share metric and performance insights and analytics
  • Oversees operations and processes and ensures continuous improvement and effectiveness
  • Secure sensible supplier partnerships to manage costs per job
  • Work with Merchandise team to forecast stock requirements (such as outdoor furniture)
  • Ensure package pricing is competitive vs market benchmark
  • Oversees the TCP web page and ensures all elements are up to date

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience working in sales/business development in same or similar industry
  • Successful track record of managing commercial discussions and negotiations
  • Superior networking skills and an extensive network of contacts across the property industry including, builder/developer, architect, interior designer and Real Estate
  • Out of the box creative thinking, to finding new and unique opportunities
  • Comfortable being a self starter and working independently whilst also collaborating with other departments
  • Proven experience leading a high performing team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
