You’ll come from tech background with experience in working with and supporting a SaaS solution or process-based applications.

Engaging with customers to gather requirements and understanding their needs is key for this role and you’ll no issues in building valuable relationships both internally and externally.

Being able to prioritise and multi-task would be key in your success within this position.

Ideally you will come with:

  • Experience with a SaaS solution, having consulted to users and customers.
  • Experience in dealing with customer support queries
  • Knowledge of Governance and Local Government Procedures for Council Meeting Management (Ideal)
  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Any experience working within a sales cycle (tenders, proposals) will be highly regarded

The Governance Solution Consultant focuses on two areas i.e. Presales and Support.

From a Presales capacity you will be assisting prospective customers by responding to their online queries or assisting with RFT’s and any technical specifications as provided by our Sales team and BDM’s– essentially gathering and understating the customer requirements so the sales team is able to create a solution and demonstration for our product. You will also provide demonstrations to prospective customers while also maintaining pre-sales data integrity.

Regarding Support; you’ll also be assisting existing customers by providing Level 2 support; identifying the faults and providing any relevant training to the users.

This is an exciting hybrid role where you will be remunerated with a salary + commission structure.
